What happens if I delete files
from Yango Photo?
Android: The Yango Photo feed shows files both in the cloud and on your device. If photos or videos are stored
in the cloud and on your device, you can delete them to a special trash bin. Files uploaded to Yango Photo
can be deleted from your device to free up space — and downloaded again from the cloud if necessary.
iOS: Using Yango Photo, you can’t delete files from your device, only to the special trash folder in the cloud. They can be restored within 60 days.
Can I share files with people who don’t have Yango Photo?
Yes, sharing creates a permanent link to a web page that is available to anyone who clicks on it.
Can I download files from Yango Photo back to my phone?
On Android, you can download files uploaded to the cloud — so far only one at a time.
On iOS, downloading from cloud storage is not yet available.
How do I download photos and videos to my computer?
On your phone, highlight all the files you want to download, make a sharing link,
send it to yourself, open it from your computer and download the files.
Can I use one account on multiple devices?
Yes, you can. Bear in mind that your uploaded files will be visible on all these devices.
